I have dealt with a number of Benefit providers in the past and generally when you have a question and you want to talk to someone to explain your question, if you can find a phone number for the company, you have to make your way through a labyrinth of automated phone system menus to finally end up talking to someone who has no idea what you’re talking about and couldn’t care less to find out. At Canwest I called in to talk to someone on a few occasions just to ask about my plan or inquire about a receipt I submitted and every time I called I was greeted by someone who was friendly and helped me to find the answer I was looking for. They also knew exactly what the status of each of my claims were, and were very quick to process everything I submitted. I never felt at any point like I was lost in the system or just another number. I have never written a review before and I feel like I should be a salesperson for the company by the way I am talking but it really has been the best experience in a benefit provider that I have ever had.Posted By: Branch Manager
